NK Hajduk 1932 runs a youth academy, a first team, a sponsorship programme and a small shop, all kept current by volunteers, not a web team. The public site and the administration behind it are one platform the club runs itself, without touching code.
From one login, staff publish news, manage the squad, run sponsorship sales and process shop orders. Results arrive automatically from the federation’s live feed, so nobody types a score by hand.
Every public page loads fast and reads in full to search engines. Around 25 pages, all driven by the club's editors.
Fixtures, results, standings and season statistics come from COMET LIVE, the Croatian Football Federation's official system. The data is reshaped into the site's own format before display, and the results pages keep working even when the feed is down.
Sponsors, tiers, packages and categories. The public pages offer the packages to new partners and give each sponsor a profile where visitors can send it an enquiry. Every logo view, click-through and enquiry is counted, so the club sees what each sponsorship delivered.
A product catalogue where editors define each product's own options, and variants are the combinations. Checkout confirms orders by email and the club collects on pickup — a deliberate choice to keep it simple.
Members sign in with a one-time link sent to their email. Once in, they manage their own profile and see their membership history season by season.
Behind login, the same app becomes a full admin. News, pages with galleries, the site menu, a document library, sponsorship statistics and shop management — all in one place.
